From the center of Kilkenny, head towards High Street and take a left onto John Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Waterford Road. Cross the road and continue on the N76, which will take you out of Kilkenny towards Waterford. After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will arrive in the town of Waterford. Once in Waterford, follow the signs for The Quay. Reginald's Tower will be located along The Quay, directly on your right as you approach the waterfront.

From Kilkenny City, head to the bus station located on Macdonell Gardens. Look for a bus service heading to Waterford (Bus Éireann provides regular services). The journey to Waterford will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Waterford bus station, exit the station and follow the signs toward The Quay. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station to Reginald's Tower, which will be along The Quay.
