Cross the road and continue on the N76, which will take you out of Kilkenny towards Waterford. After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will arrive in the town of Waterford. Once in Waterford, follow the signs for The Quay. Reginald's Tower will be located along The Quay, directly on your right as you approach the waterfront.
