Walking
From Killarney town center, head southwest on Main Street towards East Avenue Road. Continue for about 400 meters until you reach the junction with Muckross Road (N71). Turn left onto Muckross Road. After approximately 2 km, you will see signs for Muckross House. Follow the signs, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Muckross House.
Public Bus
You can take the local bus service from Killarney to Muckross House. Head to the bus stop near the Killarney Train Station. Look for the bus number that goes to Muckross (usually marked with 'Muckross House' on the display). The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of Muckross House.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Killarney. From the town center, cycle southwest on Main Street, then turn left onto Muckross Road (N71) and follow it for about 2 km. There are bike paths available along the route. Muckross House has bike parking facilities available for visitors.
