Getting There

Walking
From the center of Kinsale, head east on the Main Street towards the river. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the R600 road. Turn left onto R600. Follow this road for approximately 8 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful countryside and small villages. As you approach Cobh, you will see signs directing you towards the town center. Once in Cobh, head towards the waterfront where you will see Deepwater Quay. The Queenstown Story @ Cobh Heritage Centre is located right at Deepwater Quay.

From Kinsale, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Main Street. Look for the bus service that operates to Cobh, usually run by Bus Éireann. Check the schedule for the next departure to Cobh. The journey typically takes around 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cobh, disembark at the bus station near the town center. From there, walk towards the waterfront, and follow the signs to Deepwater Quay. The Cobh Heritage Centre will be directly in front of you.
