Walking
From the center of Kinsale, head towards the Kinsale Tourist Office located on Pearse Street. Once there, continue straight onto the Old Head Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Keep to the right, and you will see signs pointing towards Kinsale Beach. After about 500 meters, you will arrive at the beach entrance, which is easily accessible.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the center of Kinsale, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Pobalscoil', which is located on the Main Street. Take the bus service number 226 towards 'Clonakilty'. Inform the driver you are getting off at 'Kinsale Beach'. The bus journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the path from the bus stop directly to the beach entrance.
