Car
If you are driving from any location in Leinster, make your way to the M50 motorway. From there, take the exit for the N4 towards Dublin City Centre. Follow the N4 until it merges into the Liffey Tunnel. After crossing the River Liffey, continue on to the R811. Follow signs for Temple Bar/Dublin City Centre. Once you reach the city, look for parking options nearby, as parking can be limited in the Temple Bar area. The nearest parking facilities include the Park Rite at 1 Fleet Street, or the Q-Park at 20-22 Fleet Street. After parking, it's a short 5-minute walk to 12 Aston Quay, where ThingsToDoDublin is located.
Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer to travel by train, head to your nearest train station in Leinster and take a train towards Dublin Connolly or Dublin Heuston. From Dublin Connolly, you can take the Luas Red Line tram towards The Point and get off at Abbey Street. If you are coming from Dublin Heuston, take the Luas Red Line towards Tallaght and get off at Abbey Street. From Abbey Street, it’s a 10-minute walk towards Temple Bar. Head south on Abbey Street and then turn left onto Aston Quay, where you will find ThingsToDoDublin at 12 Aston Quay.
Public Transportation - Bus
For those using the bus, check for local bus services that go to Dublin City Centre. The buses that service the Temple Bar area include numbers 25, 26, 27, and 46A. Once you arrive in the city centre, disembark at the nearest stop to Temple Bar. From there, walk towards 12 Aston Quay, which is approximately a 5-10 minute stroll. Follow directions to Aston Quay, and you’ll find ThingsToDoDublin at your destination.
Walking
If you are already in Dublin or have reached the city by any means, walking is a great option to explore the area. From O'Connell Bridge, head south across the bridge and continue onto Aston Quay. The walk is about 10 minutes from O'Connell Street, and you will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the River Liffey and the surrounding areas.
