If you're driving from the main attractions in Mizen Head, start on the N71 road, heading south. Follow the signs towards Goleen and continue on this road for about 7 kilometers until you reach the village of Goleen. In Goleen, take a left onto the R591 road. Continue on the R591 for approximately 5 kilometers, and then turn left at the sign for Knockaphuca. Follow the road for about 2 kilometers, and you'll arrive at Gortdubh Pier, located at G7G9+3W, Knockaphuca, Co. Cork. There are no fees for parking at the pier.
