From Mizen Head, head east on the R591 road. Continue on R591 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N71. Turn left onto N71 and continue for about 7 kilometers. Look for signs to Barley Cove Beach and follow the signs to the R590. After a short drive, turn right onto the R590 and follow it until you reach Barley Cove Beach. There is a parking area near the beach, which may incur a small fee depending on the season.
