    From Salthill Promenade, head towards the main road (Seapoint Road). Walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Seapoint Road. Turn left onto Seapoint Road and continue walking straight. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction with the Eglinton Canal. The canal will be on your right side as you continue into Galway city.
