From Salthill Promenade, head west along the beach path. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the R336. Continue on this road, which will curve slightly to the left. Keep walking for about 30 minutes, enjoying the coastal views. As you approach Lahinch, you will see signs directing you to Lahinch Beach. Follow these signs to Ennistymon Rd, and you will arrive at Lahinch Beach.

From Salthill, make your way to the nearest bus stop on the R336. Catch the Bus Eireann Route 350 towards Ennis. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. After arriving in Lahinch, disembark at the Lahinch stop. Walk towards Ennistymon Rd, which is just a few minutes from the bus stop. Follow the signs for Lahinch Beach, and you will reach the beach easily.
