Take a bus heading towards Recess. The bus journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Recess stop. From the bus stop, the Quiet Man Bridge is a short 5-minute walk. Head towards the direction of the bridge along the main road, and you will find the bridge on your left.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Salthill. Start your journey by cycling along the promenade, then follow the cycle path that leads to the main road. From there, you can ride towards Recess. The route is approximately 15 kilometers and will take around 1 hour to reach. Once you arrive in Recess, park your bicycle safely and take a 5-minute walk to the Quiet Man Bridge, which should be easily visible from the main road.
