From the center of Sligo, head towards O'Connell Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with the N4, which leads out of town. Turn left onto the N4 and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will come to a bus stop on the left side of the road. This is where you can catch a bus heading towards Ballina.
Bus
Take the Bus Eireann Route 23 or 64 from the bus stop on the N4. The journey to Ballina will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Ballina. Once you arrive at the Ballina bus station, exit the station.

From the Ballina bus station, head south on Station Road and take a left onto the R294. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with the R294 and the road leading towards Belleek. Follow the signs for Belleek Woods, which will be on your left after about a 15-minute walk.

Once you arrive at Belleek Woods, you can enjoy the various trails and seating areas within the park. The entrance is well-marked, and you will be greeted by beautiful scenery and well-maintained paths.
