Bus
From Tralee town center, head to the bus station located on Station Road. Look for the bus service to Killarney. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Killarney bus station, exit the station and follow the signs for Killarney National Park. The park entrance is about a 15-minute walk from the station. You will walk along Park Road, which leads directly to the park's entrance.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the Tralee town center and head south towards the River Lee. Follow the river until you reach the outskirts of town. Continue along the path that leads towards the N22 road. Upon reaching the N22, turn right and continue walking. After about an hour, you will come to the entrance of Killarney National Park. Note that this is a longer route and may take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
Taxi
For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Tralee to Killarney National Park. You can find taxis at designated taxi ranks in the town center or book one through a local taxi service. The ride will take around 30 minutes, and the driver can drop you off at the entrance of the park.
