From the bus stop, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance to the Comeragh Mountains. Follow the signs for the hiking trails.

If you are near Waterford city center, you can walk to the Comeragh Mountains. Start at the Waterford Cathedral on Cathedral Square and head towards the River Suir. Walk along the river promenade until you reach the end of the quay, then turn left onto the R680 road. Continue straight for about 4 kilometers until you reach the area of Curraheen. You will then see signs for the Comeragh Mountains.
