If you are in the city center, head towards the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre located on the Mall. From there, walk southeast along the Mall until you reach the junction with the Quay. Turn left and continue walking until you see the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge, and then turn right onto Greyfriars. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Waterford Treasures: Irish Museum of Time on your left.
