    From the center of Westport, start at the Westport Town Hall. Head southeast on the Main Street (N5) towards the junction with Castlebar Road (R331). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the R331, then turn right onto Castlebar Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll see a sign for Brackloon Woods on your left. Turn left onto the small road leading into Brackloon Woods. The entrance to the woods will be at the end of this road.

    If you're cycling, begin at the Westport Town Hall and head southeast on Main Street (N5). Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Castlebar Road (R331). Turn right and follow the R331 for another 1.5 kilometers. Look for the sign for Brackloon Woods on your left. Turn onto the small road leading into the woods, and you will arrive at the entrance.
