From the center of Westport, head east on Bridge Street toward The Octagon. Continue straight to merge onto Mill Street. Walk along Mill Street until you reach the junction with the N59 road. Cross over the N59 carefully and continue straight onto the R335 road. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a pedestrian path on your left leading towards the Newport Viaduct. Follow this path for about 500 meters until you see the Viaduct ahead. The total walking distance from Westport to the Newport Viaduct is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 25-30 minutes.

If you are cycling, start from the center of Westport and head east on Bridge Street. Follow the same route as pedestrians on Mill Street, but be cautious of traffic. Continue along the R335 road, where there is a designated cycling lane. After about 1.5 kilometers, look for a safe spot to merge onto the pedestrian path on your left toward the Newport Viaduct. The total cycling distance is about 2 kilometers, and it should take roughly 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
