From any location in the Wicklow Mountains, head towards the N81 road. Follow the N81 towards Dublin. As you approach the city, continue onto the M50 motorway, and then take the exit for the N4 towards City Centre. Follow the N4 until you reach the junction for the R110, which will lead you towards College Green. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Temple Bar and College Green. Once you arrive at College Green, you will find Parliament House directly in front of Trinity College.

If you prefer using public transport, first, you will need to take a bus from Wicklow Mountains to Dublin. Look for Bus Éireann or Dublin Bus services that operate from various towns in Wicklow, such as Bray or Wicklow Town, to Dublin city centre. Once in Dublin, you can take the Luas tram to the Abbey Street stop, which is a short walk to College Green. From Abbey Street, walk towards O'Connell Bridge, then continue to College Green where Parliament House is located adjacent to Trinity College. Be aware that bus fares range from €10 to €15 depending on your starting point, and the Luas fare is approximately €2.50.
