Car
If you're driving from the Wicklow Mountains, head towards the N11 road. Follow the N11 northbound towards Dublin. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit for the R138 towards Dublin City Centre. Continue on the R138, which will lead you into the heart of Dublin. Follow signs for Trinity College, which is located at College Green. There is limited street parking available around the area, so plan to arrive early or consider parking in one of the nearby public car parks.

From various points in the Wicklow Mountains, you can take a Bus Éireann or local bus service to Dublin. Look for routes that service Dublin City Centre. Once in Dublin, get off at stops close to College Green. The nearest bus stop is College Green, which is a short walk from Trinity College Library. The bus fare can vary, but expect to pay around €10 for a one-way ticket from Wicklow to Dublin.

You can also take a train from Wicklow to Dublin. Board a train at Wicklow Railway Station and travel towards Dublin Pearse Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Pearse Station, exit and head towards the city centre. You can either take a bus or walk to College Green, where Trinity College Library is located. If you are already in Dublin City Centre, you can easily walk to Trinity College Library. From O'Connell Street, head south towards the River Liffey. Cross the river and continue straight onto Dame Street. Follow Dame Street until you reach College Green. Trinity College Library will be located on your left at College Green.
