Getting There

Walking
From the center of Castletown, start at the Castletown Square. Head north on the Main Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A5. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles. You will pass the Castletown Golf Links on your right. Keep walking until you reach the sign for Groudle Glen Railway. The entrance will be on your left.

Bus
From Castletown, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Main Street, outside the Castletown Market Square. Take the bus number 1 or 2 towards Douglas and get off at the Baldrine stop. Once you exit the bus, walk back a short distance towards the railway station, where you will find the Groudle Glen Railway entrance.

Cycling
If you have access to a bicycle, start from Castletown Square and head north on the Main Street. Follow the A5 road, which is fairly bike-friendly. Continue for about 1.5 miles. You will pass the Castletown Golf Links on your right. Look for the Groudle Glen Railway entrance on your left as you approach Baldrine.
