Getting There

  • Bus

    From Douglas, walk to the bus station located on Lord Street. Catch the bus number 3 or 3A towards Laxey. Ensure you have the correct change or a bus pass. The journey will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Baldrine'. After getting off, walk along Packhorse Lane in the direction of the Cloven Stones. It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the road until you see the stones on your right.

  • Walking

    If you prefer walking, start at the center of Douglas. Head towards Victoria Street and continue straight to the Promenade. Walk along the Promenade towards the north, following the coastline. Continue until you reach the area near Laxey. From there, you can follow the same route to Baldrine as mentioned above. This will be a longer walk, taking around 1.5 to 2 hours, but you will enjoy scenic views along the way.

  • Cycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Douglas. Start from the center and head towards the Promenade. Cycle north along the coastal road (A2) towards Baldrine.
