    If you are driving from the center of Glen Maye, head east on Main Road (A1) towards the coast. Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A2. Follow the signs for Ramsey. After about 1 mile, you will see a sign for Maughold Head on your left. Turn left onto Maughold Head Road and continue until you reach the parking area near the lighthouse.

    To reach Maughold Head via public transport from Glen Maye, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Road where you can catch the Bus Vannin service towards Ramsey. Board the bus and stay on for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Maughold Church stop. From there, walk down the road towards the coastline, following the signs for Maughold Head. It is a short 10-minute walk to the lighthouse area.
