Park your car here, and you'll find a footpath leading to Ballafayle Cairn.

If you're using public transportation, take the bus route 32 from The Sound towards Ramsey. The bus will take you along the A5, and you should get off at the stop at Maughold. From the bus stop, walk back towards the junction with the B11 road. Turn right onto B11, and follow the road for about 1.5 miles until you see a small unmarked parking area on your left. There is a footpath leading to Ballafayle Cairn from there.
