From Manger Square, head east towards Star Street (also known as Star Street). Continue straight on Star Street for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with 60th Street. Turn left onto 60th Street and walk for about 400 meters. You will see signs for Waad Ma'ali Street. Turn right onto Waad Ma'ali and your destination, the Bethlehem Cave at 12 Waad Ma'ali, will be on your right.

If you are near the Church of the Nativity, exit the church and head north towards Manger Square. From Manger Square, follow the instructions above to get to Waad Ma'ali Street.

You can hail a local taxi from various points in Bethlehem. Inform the driver that you would like to go to 12 Waad Ma'ali. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare should be around 10-15 NIS.
