Walking
Start from Manger Square, the central point in Bethlehem. Head east on Manger Street toward the intersection with Star Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the main road, Route 60. Cross the road carefully, as it can be busy. Once across, follow the signs towards the checkpoint leading to Jerusalem. After passing through the checkpoint, you will be in Jerusalem. From there, turn right onto Hatzvi Street. Walk straight for about 1 km, and you will see the entrance to the גיחון Tunnel (Gihon Tunnel), which is part of the שביל אופניים (bicycle trail) you are looking for.

Public Transport
From Manger Square, walk to the nearby bus station located on Bethlehem Road. Take a bus heading to Jerusalem (look for buses with 'Jerusalem' displayed). The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'City Hall' stop in Jerusalem. From there, walk east toward Hatzvi Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you arrive at the entrance to the גיחון Tunnel, which is part of the שביל אופניים.
