From Manger Square in Bethlehem, head south towards Star Street (Derech Ha-Kotel). Walk along Star Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jaffa Street. Turn left onto Jaffa Street and continue walking for another 15 minutes. You will see signs for Netiv HaLamed-Heh on your right. Follow these signs, and after approximately 5 minutes, you will arrive at Ella Valley Winery.
