Walking
From the center of Bethlehem, head east on Manger Street. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to the Dead Sea. Turn left onto the main road and continue walking for approximately 20 minutes. You will see signs for An-Nabi Musa. Follow the signs, and after another 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to the Prophet Moses mosque.

From the central bus station in Bethlehem, take a bus heading towards Jericho. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at An-Nabi Musa. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you get off, walk back a short distance to the entrance of the Prophet Moses mosque, which will be clearly visible from the bus stop.
