Walking
From Manger Square in Bethlehem, head west towards the main entrance of the Church of the Nativity. Exit the square and walk along Al-Mahd Street (the main road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hebron Road (Route 60). Turn right onto Hebron Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for the checkpoint to enter Jerusalem. Cross the checkpoint on foot, following the designated pedestrian path. Once you have crossed into Jerusalem, continue straight along Eliezer Kaplan Street for about 1.5 kilometers. The Knesset will be on your left at Eliezer Kaplan St 1.
Public Transportation
From Manger Square, walk to the nearest bus station, which is located on the main road (Hebron Road). Take a bus heading to Jerusalem (look for signs indicating 'Jerusalem' or ask the driver). The bus will take you to the central bus station in Jerusalem. Once you arrive at the central bus station, exit and take bus number 75 or 78 towards 'Knesset' or 'Givat Ram'. Get off at the stop for the Knesset. The Knesset is located at Eliezer Kaplan St 1, just a short walk from the bus stop.
