Walking
From the center of Bethlehem, head towards Manger Square. Once you reach Manger Square, look for the main road leading towards Jerusalem. Walk along this road until you reach the checkpoint. After going through the checkpoint, continue walking straight towards the Old City of Jerusalem. Keep walking until you reach the intersection of David Street. Turn left onto David Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Jaffa Street, and walk until you see the signs for Karaite Street. Follow the signs, and you will find the Wohl Archaeological Museum on Karaite Street.

Bus
From Bethlehem, head to the bus station near Manger Square. Look for buses heading to Jerusalem. Board any bus that specifically says it goes to the Old City. After arriving at the Old City of Jerusalem, get off at the Jaffa Gate. From there, walk straight along David Street until you reach the end. Turn right onto Jaffa Street and follow the signs for Karaite Street. Walk a few minutes, and you will arrive at the Wohl Archaeological Museum located on Karaite Street.

From Bethlehem, you can easily find a taxi near Manger Square. Tell the driver that you want to go to Karaite Street in Jerusalem, specifically the Wohl Archaeological Museum. The taxi will take you to the checkpoint where you will need to go through security. After that, the driver will continue to Karaite Street, dropping you off near the entrance of the museum.
