Getting There

Walking
From the center of Bethlehem, head east on Manger Street toward the intersection with Star Street. Turn right onto Star Street and continue straight until you reach the checkpoint at the border to Jerusalem. After passing through the checkpoint, you will enter Jerusalem. Continue walking straight on Sultan Suleiman Street until you reach the intersection with Hanevi'im Street. Turn left onto Hanevi'im Street and continue until you see the signs directing you to the Temple Mount. The entrance to the Temple Mount is located at the end of the street, near the Dung Gate.

Public Bus
From Bethlehem, walk to the main bus station located near the Church of the Nativity. Take bus number 21 or 24 towards Jerusalem. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near the Old City of Jerusalem. Once you get off, walk towards the Dung Gate, which will lead you to the Temple Mount area. Follow the signs after entering the Old City to find the Temple Mount entrance.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Bethlehem to the Temple Mount. Make your way to the main road outside of the Church of the Nativity and flag down a taxi. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The taxi will take you to the approximate location of the Temple Mount entrance, usually via the Dung Gate.
