Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, make your way to the Jaffa Gate. From the Jaffa Gate, walk straight towards the Tower of David Museum. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance to the Western Wall Plaza. Enter the plaza and walk towards the Western Wall. Once you are at the Western Wall, turn left and walk around the wall until you reach the entrance to the Temple Mount. You will need to go through security here. After passing through security, you will be in the Temple Mount area, where you can see the Dome of the Rock directly ahead.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    From the central bus station in Jerusalem, take bus number 74 or 75 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Kotel' (Western Wall) stop. After exiting the bus, walk towards the Western Wall Plaza. Once you are at the Western Wall, turn left and walk around the wall until you reach the entrance to the Temple Mount. After passing through security, you will be in the Temple Mount area, where the Dome of the Rock is located.
