Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut. Head southwest on Route 431 (also known as the Modi'in bypass). Continue on Route 431 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the Cave Monks area, which is well-marked. There is typically free parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any signage regarding parking fees.
Public Transportation
To reach Cave Monks using public transportation, take a bus from any major bus station in Central District to Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut. Buses such as line 49 or 79 frequently service this area. Once you arrive at the Modi'in Central Bus Station, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi to the Cave Monks site. The taxi ride should only take about 10 minutes and will cost around 30-50 NIS, depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are already in Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut and prefer to walk, head towards the direction of the Cave Monks. From the Modi'in Central Bus Station, you can take HaPalmach Street and then turn onto HaZait Street which leads directly to the Cave Monks area. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
