After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus stop for the Egged bus service. Take bus number 486 towards Jerusalem. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, during which you'll enjoy scenic views of the Judean Desert. After arriving at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, exit the station and walk towards the light rail station. Take the light rail towards Mount Herzl and get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk towards the Old City and follow the signs for Zion Gate, which should take about 15 minutes.
