If you are in the center of Hadera, you can start at the Hadera Central Bus Station. Exit the station and head east on HaNissim Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sderot Hatzafon. Turn left onto Sderot Hatzafon and walk until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Route 4. Cross the road at the traffic light and continue walking straight on HaSharon Street. Follow HaSharon Street until you reach the beach area. You will see signs directing you towards חוף הסיני (Hof HaSini). It is a short walk from here to the beach entrance.
