Start at the Hadera Central Bus Station (תחנה מרכזית חדרה). Exit the station and head south towards דרך ירושלים (Jerusalem Road). Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with רחוב הנשיא (Hanesiah Street). Turn left onto Hanesiah Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto דרך הים (Sea Road). Follow Sea Road, and after about 1.5 km, you will see signs for 'נשמה של חוף' (Neshama Shel Hof) which will lead you directly to the hiking area.
