From the center of Hod Hasharon, walk to the nearest bus stop (e.g., 'Hod Hasharon - HaShalom'). Take bus number 565 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Kfar Saba - Giv'at Shmuel' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 56 towards Ramallah. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Al-Masyoun' stop. The Mahmoud Darwish Museum is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northwest on Al-Masyoun St., then turn right onto Al-Masyoun Road, and follow the signs to the museum.
