Public Bus

From the center of Hod Hasharon, walk to the nearest bus stop (e.g., 'Hod Hasharon - HaShalom'). Take bus number 565 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Kfar Saba - Giv'at Shmuel' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 56 towards Ramallah. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Al-Masyoun' stop. The Mahmoud Darwish Museum is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northwest on Al-Masyoun St., then turn right onto Al-Masyoun Road, and follow the signs to the museum.

If you are near the main square of Hod Hasharon, head towards the pedestrian path leading to the train station. Once at the train station, take the train towards Tel Aviv. After a short ride, alight at 'Kfar Saba' station. From there, walk to the bus terminal and catch bus number 56 towards Ramallah. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Al-Masyoun' stop and walk 10 minutes to reach Mahmoud Darwish Museum by following the directions mentioned above.
