Continue on Route 437 for about 12 km, then take the exit toward Route 1 (Jerusalem-Tel Aviv) and merge onto Route 1. After about 5 km, take the exit toward Ma'ale Adumim and follow the road signs for Itamar Spring. The spring is located about 3 km down this road, and you will find a parking area nearby.

To reach Itamar Spring using public transportation, start at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station. Take bus number 386 or 387 towards Ma'ale Adumim. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ma'ale Adumim bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to reach Itamar Spring. Alternatively, you can use a taxi service from the bus stop to the spring, which should cost around 30-50 NIS.
