To reach Metsoke Dragot from the center of Jerusalem, take bus number 486 from the Central Bus Station (Tachana Merkazit). The bus will take you directly to the area near Metsoke Dragot. Once you arrive at the last stop, you will need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes towards the east along the main road until you see the sign for Metsoke Dragot.
