If you are driving, start on Highway 1 (Jerusalem Tel Aviv Road) and take the exit toward Jerusalem. Follow signs to the Old City of Jerusalem. Once you reach the Old City, look for signs directing you to the Armenian Quarter. The monastery is located within walking distance from the Jaffa Gate. Park in one of the public parking areas nearby (note that parking fees may apply, typically around 20-30 ILS for a few hours). From the parking area, walk towards the Armenian Quarter until you reach the monastery.

Public Transportation
To reach Ortivoxa by public transportation, take the bus to Jerusalem's central bus station. From there, catch bus number 75 or 78 which will take you to the vicinity of the Old City. Get off at the stop near the Jaffa Gate. Walk through the Jaffa Gate and follow the signs to the Armenian Quarter, which is just a short walk from the gate. There may be a small fare for the bus, usually around 5-10 ILS.

If you are already in the Old City area, simply walk to the Jaffa Gate which is the main entrance to the Old City. Once inside, navigate through the Armenian Quarter by following the signs. The Armenian monastery Ortivoxa is clearly marked and is within a 10-15 minute walk from the Jaffa Gate.
