From the center of Modi'in, walk to the Modi'in bus station located near the central plaza. Take bus line 52 towards Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Jaffa Gate' bus stop in Jerusalem, exit the bus and walk towards the Jaffa Gate of the Old City. From Jaffa Gate, head east and follow the signs to the Wohl Archaeological Museum, located on Karaite Street.

Walk to the Modi'in train station, which is accessible from the city center. Board a train heading to Jerusalem. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Jerusalem - Yitzhak Navon' station. From the train station, exit and take bus line 1 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Jaffa Gate' stop. From there, walk east towards the Wohl Archaeological Museum on Karaite Street.
