Bus
From Nahariya city center, head to the Nahariya Central Bus Station located at 2 Hatzukim Street. Look for the bus line heading towards Safed (also known as Tzfat). The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Safed, disembark at the main bus station.
Walking
Once you arrive at the Safed bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn left onto HaRabbi MiBaruch Street, then take the first right onto HaRav Shmuel Street. Continue straight until you reach the Old City of Safed. The Old City is well-signposted, and you will see signs directing you to various attractions within the area.
Taxi
At the Nahariya Central Bus Station, you can also opt for a taxi to Safed. Taxi rides take about 30 minutes and should cost around 150-200 NIS. Ensure you confirm the fare before starting the ride. Once in Safed, tell the driver to drop you near the Old City, where you can explore the historic streets.
