Getting There

Car

If you are driving from Beer Sheva, take Route 25 towards Eilat. After approximately 40 km, merge onto Route 90 towards the Dead Sea. Continue on Route 90 for about 25 km until you reach the Masada turn-off. Follow the signs for Masada National Park. Parking is available at the visitor center, but there may be a fee of around 20-30 shekels.
Public Transportation

From Beer Sheva, take a bus to Ein Bokek (Bus 388 operated by Egged). The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Ein Bokek, you can catch a local taxi to Masada National Park, which is about a 10-minute drive. The taxi fare may range from 50-100 shekels depending on negotiation.
Hiking

For those already near the Dead Sea area, you can hike up to Masada from the base. There are two main trails: the Snake Path and the shorter but steeper Arad Path.
