Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Dimona. From Be'er Sheva, take Route 25 heading south for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Dimona. Once in Dimona, follow the signs for Mamshit National Park, which is about 10 kilometers to the east of the city center. The park is well-marked, and you will turn onto Route 204. There is parking available at the entrance of the park. Note that there is an entrance fee of approximately 28 NIS for adults and 14 NIS for children.

To reach Mamshit National Park using public transport, start by taking a bus from Be'er Sheva to Dimona. Buses are operated by Egged and run regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive in Dimona, you can take a taxi or check if there are local buses that go directly to Mamshit National Park. The distance from Dimona to the park is about 10 kilometers, so a taxi may cost around 50-100 NIS depending on the time of day and traffic.

For the adventurous, biking from Dimona to Mamshit National Park is an option. The route is approximately 10 kilometers and mostly flat, though it may be challenging in the heat. Start in the center of Dimona, head east towards Route 204, and follow the road signs to the park. Make sure to carry plenty of water and wear sun protection, as the area can be very arid and hot. If you do not have a bike, consider renting one from a local shop in Dimona.
