If you are in the center of Safed, head east on Ha-Rav Kook Street towards the Moshava neighborhood. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Derekh ha-Shemen. Turn left onto Derekh ha-Shemen and continue for about 5 minutes. Olea Essence will be on your right at Derekh ha-Shemen 2.
