Getting There

    From the center of Safed, head south towards HaYarden Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jerusalem Street. Turn left onto Jerusalem Street and continue walking until you see the sign for the bus station on your right. From there, take a bus heading to Tyre. The bus ride will take you approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Tyre, you can walk to Tyre Beach which is located along the waterfront. Follow the signs to the beach area, and you will find Tyre Beach.

  • Public Transport

    From Safed, walk to the nearest bus station. Board a bus that goes to Nahariya. Upon arriving in Nahariya, transfer to another bus heading towards Tyre, Lebanon. This route may require a short wait at the bus station for the next bus to Tyre. Once in Tyre, walk towards the beach area, which is a short distance from the bus stop. Just follow the coastal road, and you will see Tyre Beach.

  • Shared Taxi

    Find a shared taxi (called 'service') at a designated taxi stand in Safed. Ask the driver to take you to Tyre. This option may be faster than the bus, as shared taxis often make fewer stops. Once you arrive in Tyre, you can walk to the beach area, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the taxi drop-off point.
