From the center of Safed, start at the main square (Kikar HaMatzot). Head northeast on Ha-Rav Kook Street until you reach the intersection with Ha-Gdud ha-Shlishi Street. Turn left onto Ha-Gdud ha-Shlishi Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find Otzar HaStam Tzfat at number 62 on your right.
