Getting There

    If you're driving, head towards Waidbruck. From Bolzano, take the A22 highway northbound towards Brennero. Exit at 'Bolzano Nord' and follow signs for SS242 towards Ponte Gardena. After about 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Waidbruck. Follow the signs for 'Trostburg' to Via Burgfrieden, 22. There is parking available near the castle, but be mindful of parking fees which may apply.

    To reach Trostburg by public transport, take a train from Bolzano to Ponte Gardena. Trains run regularly and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
