Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the town of Issogne, which is approximately 15 kilometers from Aosta. From Aosta, take the A5 motorway in the direction of Turin. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit towards Chatillon/Saint-Vincent. Follow the signs for SS26 towards Villeneuve. Continue on SS26 for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the town of Issogne. The castle is located at Localita, 30, 11020 La Place AO. There is parking available near the castle, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, start by taking a regional train from Aosta to Chatillon. Trains run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Chatillon, you will need to transfer to a local bus that goes to Issogne. Look for the bus line heading towards 'Issogne' and check the schedule for the exact times, as bus service may vary. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. After arriving in Issogne, follow the signs to the castle located at Localita, 30, 11020 La Place AO.
