Car
If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto the A14 motorway from your location in Apulia. Follow signs for Bari and continue on the A14 until you reach the exit for Polignano a Mare (Exit 16). After exiting, follow SP1 towards Polignano a Mare. Once you arrive in Polignano a Mare, navigate through the town center and follow the signs to 'Cave of the Column'. The cave is located at Via Luigi Pirandello, 70044 Polignano a Mare BA. There is free parking available in the vicinity.
Public Transportation
To reach Cave of the Column via public transportation, take a train to Polignano a Mare from your current location in Apulia. Trenitalia operates regular services to Polignano a Mare, so check the schedule ahead of time. Once you arrive at the Polignano a Mare train station, exit and head towards the town center. You can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a local bus (line 1 or 2) towards the beach area. Get off at the stop nearest to Via Luigi Pirandello, and follow the signs to the cave. Please note that train tickets typically cost between €5-€10 depending on the distance.
