Once you arrive at the Pienza bus station, exit the station and walk straight ahead for about 500 meters until you reach Piazza Pio II. The Palazzo Piccolomini will be located on your right.

    Start at the Arezzo train station (Stazione di Arezzo). Take a train towards Siena. After reaching Siena, exit the train and transfer to the local bus service (Line 112) heading to Pienza. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pienza bus station, exit the station and walk straight ahead for about 500 meters until you reach Piazza Pio II, where you will find the Palazzo Piccolomini on your right.
