Walking
If you are in the center of Arezzo, start at Piazza Grande. From there, head southeast on Via Giuseppe Mazzini until you reach Corso Italia. Turn left onto Corso Italia and continue straight until you reach the train station. At the train station, you will catch a train to Siena. The train ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Siena train station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take bus number 3 towards 'Piazza Gramsci'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Salimbeni'. The Palazzo Salimbeni will be directly in front of you.
Bus
From Arezzo, you can hop on a direct bus to Siena. Head to the Arezzo Bus Station, which is located near the train station. Look for the bus lines that go to Siena, such as the SITA buses. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. When you arrive at the Siena bus station, exit and walk towards Piazza Salimbeni, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow Via Camollia until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra, then turn left. Continue straight until you arrive at Piazza Salimbeni, where you will find the Palazzo Salimbeni.
